Living with a stoma
Having a stoma is a massive change to a person’s life, but for the majority of people it quickly becomes second nature. Our healthcare specialists have put together their expert advice on living with a stoma, covering areas such as exercising, traveling, eating, drinking and more. During these difficult times, we also appreciate that people’s mental health is suffering. If you’re struggling to deal with your stoma, we would recommend speaking to a friend or loved one and telling them how you’re feeling. Alternatively, your stoma nurse or GP will be able to help you.
